Plus state income tax is heinous.Per Nick Eatman's article, Micah is being paid 47 million per year in Green Bay. That will buy him lots of heat to stay warm in the winter.
I heard Irvin say that he thinks Micah will lose money in the long run. But Irvin was referring to lost money in endorsements, podcast popularity, and so forth.Plus state income tax is heinous.
With state and federal tax I bet that check amount is about half of what's advertised.I heard Irvin say that he thinks Micah will lose money in the long run. But Irvin was referring to lost money in endorsements, podcast popularity, and so forth.
I wonder just how much of a difference in guaranteed money there was between what Jerry offered and what Green Bay gave him because I'd rather have the guaranteed money.
I don't think Jerry ever gave an "exact" amount but did say at the time it was the most guaranteed money ever for a non-QB.I heard Irvin say that he thinks Micah will lose money in the long run. But Irvin was referring to lost money in endorsements, podcast popularity, and so forth.

I'm sure it's less than what Green Bay gave him now.
That said, Parsons said numerous times he didn't need to be the highest paid defensive guy and was all about the team and leaving room for other deals. Then was seemingly offered MORE than that and he reneged.
He winds up with less money and paying state income tax. Nice going, agent!Didn't Jerry say that he offered more guaranteed money to Parsons than what he is getting now or am I not remembering right?

And as I keep pointing out, the Packers will lose at least 2 players they prefer to keep to squeeze it all in. Maybe not this year, but next. If they don't win the SB, the trade could bite the Packers in the ass. Unless their fans just want to win games, which I have no real interest in. I want a ring!He winds up with less money and paying state income tax. Nice going, agent!
Nine win team last year. Tough division. I'll be rooting for Chicago, Minnesota and Detroit to all three sweep 'em.And as I keep pointing out, the Packers will lose at least 2 players they prefer to keep to squeeze it all in.
