One of, if not THE, most important hires as Dinosaur Solari was an epic fail.

Schotty quietly built a great staff. On paper at least.
Agreed. Hope this guy's impressive college reputation carries over to him being a kick ass NFL oline coach.

I guess we shall all wait and see the results here, but all these guys Schotty hired have proven track records of success at what they do. Klayton Adams hire was fucking genius and Riley was definitely one of the absolute best OL coaches in college football. Whitecotton is regarded as one of the best DL coaches in the league. Eberflus was a proven solid defensive coordinator, Borgonzi has a good track record. WR coach Junior Adams has a great track record at WR development.
Adams and Riley have some really high end talent to work with on the OL, I think we are going to see a massive improvement overall on offense and especially in the run game scheme/blocking.

I think they're a problem for just about anybody when they do stay healthy. But this year even moreso. I like what I'm seeing and hearing so far. The players seem to be buying into Schotty.

It's the "surprises" from Dak in the post season that worry me.

You should give it a chance. There's a lot of elements to it that improve the game and that the NFL will soon adopt. Like the Super Challenge - allows coaches to challenge non calls missed calls and so on. And the way the UFL handles kickoffs is better. Plus there's NO extra point kicking. Teams have option for a one point, two point or three point try after TF.
We have three former UFL players wearing our star. Including Turpin. Open your mind.

Plus all communication and deliberation on every penalty us completely transparent with the on-site challenge official mic'd up and on camera, we hear and see everything he says and does. Most on-field officials are mic'd up and several have cap cams. Drone cams are covering every play from wild angles in addition to normal stationary camera work.
Fox Sports owns the league and all teams - there are no owners. Really, check it out. It's way fun and it IS football!
