especially if next year is supposed to be a better QB draft than this one

Been gone for about a year just taking a break from all things football but missed coming on here to see what everyone is thinking about our team.
This is the first year I truly feel that this franchise is a rudderless ship with a captain and a first mate better served running The Love Boat than the SSS Dallas Cowboys.
I'm just getting the impression that Jerry's word just doesn't hold the weight it used to and that Stephen Jones is the organizations Rodney Dangerfield knowing he's just a puppet protected by daddy.
I used to feel a certain sense of 'when Jerry dies Stephen will get this right' but now I'm convinced that is a hell no...his approach to free agency is baffling to say the least and if you put so much stock in the draft then at least retain the players you draft.
The Star holds no lusted any more and nobody wants to play for it especially in this era of free agency and in light of them lowballing any worthwhile free agent and high balling their own when the only people they are negotiating against is themselves
I'm not saying go LA in 1 season but for fuck's sake try adapting somewhat to the times.
People are over correcting to LA's model and like everything else things will come back to the middle but our FO is stuck in pre-free agency period and redefining insanity year in and year out
As a symbol of my disgust I've officially cleaned out my closet of names such as Galloway, Johnson, Coakley, Wiley, Cooper, Elliott and others and am only keeping winners (iow the 90s players) and am refusing to purchase any further jersey until they win something (Prescott and Lamb in for now but I am not holding out hope they will stay in much longer)
I see the fruition of Dak's contract and limits becoming a liability now for this franchise and love Coope calling him out because her's right...this is all Dak will ever be
I saw a quote from Dak asking or at least intimating that he would like more input on personel decisions and my thought was 'bro how about you just start by being a better QB and lets go from there...since you definitely won't be making these players better focus on you'...I'm starting to see the title and money get to him and thats the beginning of the end for him
Anyhow thanks for reading and letting me vent the frustrations of a 'fan'...I'll look forward to everyone's post during the year but realize that this year is a wash unless MM gets his head out of his fat ass (but don't see it happening considering he has a lesser team to work with and he is not upgrading as a coach during the off season).
My hope if for Sean Payton of course but then saw we'd have to trade for him and that would mean...ah lawd say it ain't so...giving up that precious draft capital we use so well to build championship teams...honestly I feel the players that have been drafted that have worked out they luck into really (i.e. mainly taking about Prescott and Parsons)

McCarthy and Moore staying but Quinn leaving would be an off-season disaster.
Moore has been overly exposed. Now MM brought in yet another coach to help him. Ridiculous! McCarthy should have stepped up & taken control of the Dallas offense in the final stretch of the season. Wish Moore would take a job elsewhere.

I don't know much about Goedeke or Rhyan but I saw Salyer and Kinnard quite a bit and either would be a great add for us, especially if we got them where we pick in Rd 2. Both those guys can really play.

My guess is its some new partnership/sponsorship deal, or maybe some future event hosting deal.

Of course we can all dream that Johnny Walker GM is finally stepping aside, but unfortunately if that happens then the Spawn just has 100% control.

Guess everyone missed this huge piece of news. Not sure how we can recover as a team.

This should be cutting edge reporting, I bet everyone will be on the edge of their seats with The Clapper in the fold.
