Source: Tennessee Titans informed of rules prior to players' informal workouts

The Titans were informed Sept. 29 that in-person gatherings had been banned because of the organization's ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, a source told ESPN's Dan Graziano, meaning that the informal workouts the next day were unauthorized.
