See this is the downside to winning on Saturday. Since every other team seems to be hiring offensive coaches, he must interviewed very well.

I have a feeling now that Garrett is going to get more time in Dallas that Richard isn’t willing to wait around for his chance here so he will be gone

Garrett remains the head coach but all the blame of our post season loss will be heaped on the OC and DC so both of them will be gone

So maybe it won’t be so bad having Garrett as Jeruh’s puppet while the new OC/DC’s run the show

I showed the comparison in another thread, the numbers year over year before Richard arrived are remarkably similar. The idea that there was some amazing improvement because he got here is absolutely not true

Unlessget an entirely new coaching staff.

If they kept the current staff in place and found a decent replacement for Richard, we'd see little to no drop off. In fact as long as they don't bring in anyone like Rob Ryan or Monte Kiffin, it's more likely the defense will improve anyway due to more experience for some of the younger guys.
