Is it me or does that schedule look pretty tough? Only real gimmes look like the Bears, Browns, and Niners, and even the Niners might be tough.

IDK I don't think it looks very tough. Besides you can never tell from year to year who will be worth a shit or not.

Could be, never know. Some teams expected to be good might suck, and vice versa

Reading around some other boards, everyone does seem to think it looks a lot easier than I do.

I guess it seems tough because the AFCN is a tough division to play (I don't think Baltimore will be that bad again), but of course everyone else in our division has to play them too. And our division might suck again, although I do expect the Giants and Eagles to bounce back a little. Not sure about the Redskins.

Of course if Tony is healthy we should be able to beat pretty much anyone.

I cant believe anyone would use the word "easy" in regards to who we play. This is probably an 8-8 team, so nothing should be taken for granted. If they stay healthy, play really well and make a few more improvements on defense, they could get to 10-6 or 11-5 maybe, but we arnt good enough where anybody should be chalking up W's for us like they are nothing.

I am comfortable chalking up 7 or 8 W's if they stay healthy and play really well. I'd go for 10 or 11 if I could know they're also going to get some good luck. But then, of course it's a one and done playoff team if it gets 10 or 11. Or 12. Or 13.

On the face of it, the schedule strikes me as not so bad. It seems like it could be a heck of a lot worse.

But of course it is almost impossible to know how good various teams will be as the season continues. It isn't difficult imagining the Vikings and Buccaneers being much improved and, with some luck, formidable. The AFC North could have a couple of really good teams next year.
