Both C Mike and Weeden were cut for not being good enough. Yet they were both picked up, both are helping their teams win, and both are in the playoffs!

But unlike us, they're actually building something and look to be a problem in the future.

LOL ok whatever Dooms

Kudos to them for winning the division, but they're more likely to be 6-10 or worse next yr than vice versa

C Mike just busted off his biggest gain of the season

Of course it was while playing for the Seahawks and not the Cowboys. Just like Weeden was able to win his first start in years since his time in browntown

He wasn't able to win as a cowboy but his first game with another team he's able to win after only 2 weeks in the new system

Now let's let that sink in

Two players under Garret's coaching don't and can't perform

They move on to another team and HC and both succeed

Go figure

Last week he had something like 6 yds on 6 carries

I just had a moment there where it dawned on me that the season was finally over and despite it all... were still keeping Jason Garrett as head coach. And for that moment, I felt a tinge of utter disgust.

I'll say it now and idgaf what kind of "fan" it makes me in anyone's eyes, but I am rooting for continued failure from this point on until that idiot is replaced.

Fuck the ownership of this fucking team. My fandom is dead.

Well he's having a great day today. Big runs, stiff arming guys, breaking tackles. Where was that C Mike when he played for us ??

13 carries with 88 yards and it's still the third quarter!

Why do guys not perform when they have the star on their helmet while playing for Garret

The Browns owner just fired both the GM AND the HC after their loss and the end of their 3-13 losing season!

You gotta admire an owner like that

Wish we had one that would do the same

Zimmer fake punt 40 yard gain on the opening drive of the game... Almost as ballsy as Garrett.

Oh, did the Cowboys play today?

I can see this coaching staff wanting to keep him here as a developmental backup after this performance. They won't admit that it was just because Washington was playing off our WRs all day.

They asked Jerry after the game if he'd seen enough to bring Moore back and Jerry said yes, he definitely had... Said coach Linehan was correct when he said he was special. Even for Jerry, I almost couldn't believe my ears.

I'm with you Mid. And please forgive me... I'm almost hoping that Romo gets hurt again. Because this would make three times now, and you cannot use the excuse of: "Romo was hurt blah blah blah."

We already know he can't win without Romo (really can't win with him).

No you don't, when his record of fail eclipses even ours, every year.

I think he means, to admire him that at least for optics sake, he's doing something and not keep the trash around. You do not keep coaches and GMs around after going 3-13.

It's a shame that the owner has had such bad luck. He doesn't seem to be a meddler like Jerry.

But... IMO that's a good coach he just fired. There really isn't any optics in Cleveland that aren't just lipstick on a pig.

I don't wish injury on Romo, but I wish he'd retire this offseason. He deserves so much better.

Jerry trying to point out that this year was actually great because they have to find out what needs to be done about the backup Qb situation.
