    2020 NFL Season Thread

Makes sense (for the reg season opener) but Jerry pushed for it hard. Prior to the pandemic, no way that game isn't sold out. You're right, the Cowboys ensure that.

Cuts, signings, trades and more from around the league

Slightly off subject, but a pet cat I'll be watching in another training camp is UDFA WR Dan Chisena. https://www.vikings.com/team/players-roster/dan-chisena/ https://gopsusports.com/sports/football/roster/dan-chisena/9488 https://www.vikings.com/news/dan-chisena-vikings-ufda-speed-to-burn...

They did not. It was all initiated by Jerry. there is little to no revenue in preseason games. He pushed for it. Not to sound all Hostile, but I know this for a fact.

Chargers. Rams is the first regular season game. Egomaniac Jerry insisted on being the first team to play a game (Chargers, preseason) and a regular-season game (Rams, week one) in the new stadium since he helped Kroenke negotiate the land deal.

No COVID posts allowed!!!! Oh sorry, this isn't the Zone. I think it's a very real possibility that this happens although I think the NFL will do everything possible to play. Possibly in empty stadiums with heavily structured and monitored logistics to-and-from games and practices. Several...

    Cooper Kupp

Cooper was one my draft pet cats last year. His grandfather (Jake) played for the Cowboys. He's legit.

Adrian Peterson is a free agent

What was great was Hostile tweeting the Vikings GM telling how he should let Peterson go to the Cowboys.

Sources: Bears actively seeking trade of Cutler

Cutler clearly has his issues but I could see him excelling in Kyle Shanahan's offense in San Francisco. Then again, I don't know the dynamic between Mike Shanahan and Cutler when they were in Denver.

Giants need to find a deep threat to complement WR Odell Beckham

    They should (over)pay Terrance Williams.

Wasn't the defense's fault. After getting the lead, the offense and coaching did them no favors. The Falcons defense was on the field for like 98 plays tonight.

Falcons GM invested a lot of picks and free agency money on improving that defense. Pass rushers Brooks Reid, Dwight Freeney, and Courtney Upshaw are all free agents. Their other starting DE Tyson Jackson is a free agent signing as well. Adrian Clayborn was also a successful free agent signee...

Really? no curves at all..no chest, no hips..too skinny. Her popularity shocks me. I don't think she's awful, but why she is at the superstar level she is amazes me.

Yep, Dan fricken Quinn is lapping Jason Garrett. I also like how their d-line coach Bryan Cox had a plan going into the game to deal with Rodgers trying to quick-snap and catch the defense with too many guys on the field yet, our entire staff needed to make an in-game adjustment to it after...

This will be an unpopular opinion on message boards but with the way Ryan and Rodgers get rid of the ball so quickly, I'm not sure pass rush should be the priority. Playmakers in the secondary should be. You may hate now.

Which is why we can't just flat out release him. Romo playing well for the Redskins is a fucking nightmare.

I honestly feel we would have beaten any team in the playoffs except Green Bay (Aaron Rodgers is unstoppable) and New England (Brady almost as unstoppable as Rodgers, plus Belichick would pwn Garrett).
