I definitely agree with the bolded. But really, the window should be much wider for the game balls. It's silly to think they're really EVER within the tight window they're requiring, at all times.

Which, this all brings me back to the rule to start with. Why so tight of a window for inflation anyway? They should widen the window, and let the teams decide what pressures they want to use, within the window. Same options for everyone, therefore no cheat. What control freak decided the window...

I'm dubious too, I'm only trying to surmise how they could possibly do this without the risk of some guy getting caught. Everyone knows there's at least 1000 cameras around, not just the network TV but all the press and media, local TV stations, hell, people in the stands with smart phones...

What I'm describing is to me at least, the only logical way they could have done it without risking some guy with a needle, getting caught.
