Probably, but I think he is eons better a player than Weeden, Cassel or mighty midget are. Makes good decisions and has a nice arm, throws pretty accurately.

CBS: Holmgren wanting to return to coaching, cites Niners

I don't like the age part, but he's coached two different teams to Super Bowls. No non-sense discipline type that this team sorely needs. Wade is and always has been a softee. Holmgren has always been regarded as a hardass and stickler for details.

CBS: Holmgren wanting to return to coaching, cites Niners

Well known that Jones has eons of respect and admiration for Holmgren and that the two are supposedly pretty tight. Holmgren is older than ideal, but there's no question he is eons better a coach even at 67 than Red Headed Idiot any day of the week. :popcorn Report: Mike Holmgren is interested...

He was extremely well coached and prepared. Good looking player, will be a quality starter for a long time IMO for somebody. Hell he keeps playing like this and Andy Dalton is going to get Wally Pipped

Could be, but I really liked him coming out. Was never sure what people were banging on him about. Sure he played for a great team, but he was part of the reason they were great.

That's a massive insult to RW, who at least for a few years actually could play in space and make plays on the ball.

USA Today: Is Garrett on the hot seat after Weedens success in Houston?

Right there with you. No question now that Garrett is the biggest problem here. Jerry has had that title for almost two decades, but Garrett has overtaken him and is running away with that crown.
