    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

I'll take this exact type game every week, win or lose. I have but two gripes on it: 1.) Tony getting hit too much. 2.) Just ONCE per game, gimme a play action BOMB on 2nd and short. Don't just run the fucking ball for the first down EVERY time. How bout dem Saints and their "great Rob...

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

Nice 13 play answer to Tennessee's early 2nd half flailing.

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

It's just basic tried and true, winning football.

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

Yup. We don't need a 300-400 yard passer. We need 200 yards passing and 150 on the ground, shortening games and eating clock. And keeping the D fresh.

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

They've left us little to complain about. Only annoyance/gripe I have is they're letting them beat up Tony a little too much for my liking. Defense pitching a shutout. Romo looking better - even stepping into throws now. Running game looking strong. What's not to like?

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

They need to start considering Tony more of a Troy type now.... Controlled passing game with bludgeon ball identity. Smash mouth.

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

I like what we're seeing outta this D so far, allowed only 19 total yards. Like that almost immediate score after the pick. That's what you gotta do.

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

Throwing off the back foot, not setting his feet... Leaning away from the target....

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

By and large when he's got time to even blink, he looks better than he did last week. By "in shape" I assume you don't mean cardio, you're talking losing the rust. I think Romo's cardio is just fine. But here we are with two preseason type mistakes, 12 man huddle and illegal downfield. So Tony...

    NFL Week #2: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (0-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-0)

He just can't run anymore, nothing like he was. But, watch his footwork and mechanics.

Romos back - we've been lied to.

I think his lies came from his agent, last year. I don't think Romo himself lied to anyone. I think the Dallas Cowboys are lying this season about his condition, and have been all summer. Romo himself might be in denial, not lying intentionally. Romo's problems last year and this year are due...

How ugly will things get if we lose to the Titans

That's where I'm at. I also think jerruh is a bit skittish on signing long term deals as well, being as how disastrous the Romo one is.

Romos back - we've been lied to.

This was in defense of Romo, not anti-Romo at all.

Romos back - we've been lied to.

A, they didn't know. B, he really really wanted to but was talked down out of the crazy tree for once. I'm speculating that it was worse last year than was let on, and much worse now than it was. Who was lying then and who is lying now is two different parties.

Might even be what the hitch was, why they couldn't come to a deal in preseason.

Romos back - we've been lied to.

They had him listed week 1 too, before he even took a snap. This after insisting all offseason and preseason that his back was "100 percent" and wasn't the reason he wasn't practicing or playing any preseason worth mentioning.
