I saw at least three times last night, when dez would get stuffed and/or drop passes, the DBs throwing up 'the X' at each other and laughing. They don't respect him. And have very little reason to do so.

They think they have to coddle him. He is not the kind of personality who will respond well to that. He needs LEADERSHIP and a firm but fair hand. But he might also be, just too dumb to reason with. We don't know because we sure as hell DO know Garrett isn't the one to help this kid. And we ALL...

He can't run routes worth a shit, and can't outrun anyone. Imagine if he could - if he only just improved his route running a smidge. He can't get faster but he CAN improve technically. But again - that's on the coaching.
