You might be getting pretty close, with the Highland Park area of Dallas. That's the "Old Money" neighborhood, million dollar mansions, etc. But the suburbs like Plano, Frisco, Allen, The Colony, etc is where the "New Money" is.
I'm quite happy in the open plains of the Llano Estacado where the nearest neighbor is about 10 miles away and I can see any approach at the horizon in any direction. But that's just me. It's a short drive for the amenities of a medium-sized city, and the weather is just stellar with all four...

Ahh, man! Sad to hear. Ax was one of the few of Schnellenberger's Miami staff that stayed when Jimmy was given the HC job and was a much needed and appreciated friendly face for Jimmy that first year. Did amazing things in Dallas. Sad to see him check out.
