2020 NFL Week 2: Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys

Place is in epic meltdown mode, many consider this game just as bad, if not worse than the Super Bowl disaster.

2020 NFL Week 2: Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys

Nobody wants ET. Obviously there is a lot more going on with the off field and locker room stuff than what anyone in the public knows. I am not 100% sure but I don't think there's even been an offer for him from anyone, even for minimal pay.

He was a better player here than after he left, but you are right.

2020 NFL Week 2: Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys

Pretty improbable win to say the least. I don't think I've seen a team play so inept for 25-30 minutes. Bad play, bad mistakes, horrendous gambles etc etc. It was all there. And then they find a way to win a game they had no business winning. I felt like we played a Jason Garrett coached team.

Day After Thoughts- huge opening day flop

No it was Lassic, we drafted in in 1993. The guy we cut prior to him was Curvin Richards, IIRC think he fumbled a couple times in the season ender of 1992 and JJ cut him. We drafted Sherman Williams in that infamous "drafting for backups" 1995 draft.

The thing about "more clarity Saturday" seems a little ominous to me.

Day After Thoughts- huge opening day flop

Yes, and idiots at CZ just gushed over the guy when the fact was he just wasnt very good. He doesnt apepar to be any better to me now either. He's a nice veteran backup to be a spot player, but starting week over week is just not his thing. I really think the rookie would have beaten him out had...

2020 NFL Week 2: Atlanta Falcons at Dallas Cowboys

So after first saying they weren't worried about Tyron Smith playing Sunday, now McCarthy says that's the biggest concern for the game, whether he can play or not. After what we saw vs the Rams, I was already worried we were going to shit the bed Sunday and go 0-2, but with Collins already out...

2020 NFL Week 1: Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Rams

In the same thread "The Seahawks just got the best defensive player in the NFL not named Aaron Donald" This is why anyone who invites Zoners here should get some sort of public flogging or something.

2020 NFL Week 1: Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Rams

What a bunch of assclowns at CZ. Starting another rue thread over not trading for Jamal Adams. They cite all these greats stats he had from the game. I didnt see any of it and he had a lot of tackles, a couple TFL's and a sack. But he had zero passes defensed and the Falcons had over 500 yards...

2020 NFL Week 1: Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Rams

I didn't think it was silly at all. Just have to tip your hat the the Rams DB for making a tremendous open field tackle. Lamb's RAC and leg strength was stuff of legend at OU. Looked like a well designed play and as I noted above, I bet 7 or 8 times out of 10 that play easily works. Think of...

2020 NFL Week 1: Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Rams

I agree. I also didnt have a problem with the play call or design. Lamb is/was well known for tremendous RAC skills and strength. The Rams DB made a tremendous open field tackle. 7 or 8 times out of 10 that play probably works and we easily convert. Hats off to the guy, he made a great play...
