Just to clear the mud: I am talking about a early cut player, who did NOT make the 75 man roster. Who then is re-signed by the same team that cut him, for the first PS roster. I maintain it has never happened because there's not one logical reason why it would happen.

Because if you post the BIG list of ALL cuts, we would have to weed through that to find the eligible guys.
