NFL Week #3: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (1-1) @ St. Louis Rams (1-1)

That remains to be seen. The jury is still out on two of them.

    McClain

Yeah, groin injury. Another of those handy soft tissue injuries you can't x-ray or otherwise determine validity of. Like Miles Austin's fake "hamstring injury" that went on for years then suddenly disappeared when he left for Cleveland.

NFL Week #3: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (1-1) @ St. Louis Rams (1-1)

Plus it seems teams are using the first two regular season games as their tune-up games, instead of the preseason games. Making everyone rusty and out of shape to some degree, some more than others. So these early season stats to me, don't mean jack shit.

Goodell: Should he stay or go?

Wouldn't it be choice irony if the Ray Rice controversy leads to a Condie Rice commissioner reign? She's often said the Commish job is a lifelong dream of hers. Sure would deodorize the whole deal if she was appointed.

Cowboys acquire Lavar Edwards from Titans

Yep it's half dozen of one, six of the other as the old folks say.

Goodell: Should he stay or go?

Yes I posted most of the story and a link to it, in the Rice thread.

NFL Week #3: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (1-1) @ St. Louis Rams (1-1)

That's what I'm saying. We should be able to blow just about anyone out up front.

Goodell: Should he stay or go?

It's come out via investigative reporting by ESPN, that the entire Rice ordeal was a intentional coverup from the Jump, not a "we got it wrong" thing at all. He is and was outright lying, of course he must go. Bring on Condie.

NFL Week #3: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (1-1) @ St. Louis Rams (1-1)

Clint Longley redux? No command of the complex system, just goes out there and shreds the Dallas defense. Romo won't be passing much if the running game works. He is a great bus driver/custodian. And that's the exact role he needs to have.

They cut Minter too. Vaughan still there.

PFF says we should start Sterling Moore ahead of Claiborne

    This is a astute assessment.

PFF says we should start Sterling Moore ahead of Claiborne

Pointing out the two players are imbeciles isn't trolling. Looks like you need to look up the term since clearly you don't understand it.

    Who you got? Week 3

I see ya hedged a little. Wise move.

NFL Week #3: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (1-1) @ St. Louis Rams (1-1)

I agree - "should" definitely being the operative word. The Rams have talent and depth in the DL, and have good LBs. I don't put much stock in stats the first few weeks of the season - Dallas' defense was ranked #4 heading into week 5 last season, for example. I carefully hedged my bets on...

NFL Week #3: TNF | Dallas Cowboys (1-1) @ St. Louis Rams (1-1)

None of that makes a shit at all. Every homer in the world thinks this game will be a cakewalk for Dallas.

More projection from dbair! :lol :dbair Ever take the Wonderlic? I did, and aced it. "Hang me up by my.... balls if I ever, ever... sign another dumb player." - Jimmy Johnson

PFF says we should start Sterling Moore ahead of Claiborne

Claiborne and Dez, two towers of intelligence. Scored a 5 and a 16 respectively, on the Wonderlic test. Morons.

    Ravens Terminate Rice's Contract

Shows you the state of affairs in this country when ESPN is doing the hard investigative reporting on a sports league coverup, but the main stream press and media sits on its hands - being a good little lapdog - for multiple government coverups and corruption.

    Ravens Terminate Rice's Contract

Oops... How the Ray Rice scandal unfolded between the Baltimore Ravens, Roger Goodell and the NFL - ESPN More at link. So, most reasonable people's suspicions are confirmed. This wasn't a "we got it wrong" thing at all, it was a active coverup the lid blew off of.
