And let's not forget the defense, which for the most part just couldn't seem to get the 28th ranked offense off the field. That should give alarm going into a playoff game.

Lose next week and we finish 9-7 for the 2nd year in a row. Only reason it's acceptable is the fluke year where 9-7 gets you the NFC East title. 9-7 means NO IMPROVEMENT over last year. 10-7 could be pointed to as improvement, but it rings a bit hollow. Short of an NFC title game appearance...

Who Ya Got? Week 16 - Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Dallas Cowboys

He should have his ass removed for two reasons. 1. Letting anything interfere with the game, and 2. making me take time out from the game to cut him a break.

Maybe we've just been sandbagging everyone. Maybe our plan is to keep our true offense under tight wraps all season and instead play a super conservative and "risk averse" type of ball, and then spring fortyburgers on them starting with the 2nd playoff opponent. Attacking downfield, buttraping...

Wouldn't that be great? For the team we swept in division to show up and beat us at home, one and done? Love that movie, we last saw it in 2007 when we were 13-3 and had the #1 seed and were gonna coast to da soup bow. God, I hope it happens. Egals come in and blow us out, and Ginger and the...

That'll be a HOME GAME since Dallas is Division champion. I don't expect a homer to know that though so you're good. And, we don't need a new thread for your every little thought or grunt. Post in the ongoing threads.

In the Dallas locker room after the game, they gave the players division champion ballcaps. Ginger told them since tomorrow is Christmas Eve, they could wear and enjoy those caps today but must "find someone to give it to for Christmas." Because "we have bigger fish to fry." The speech fell...

I said for years the replacement officials were far better. And they were. Far fewer flags overall, far less bullshit, far fewer bad calls overall and far fewer ridiculous nonsensical crap like we see every week in the NFL today.

Hate him, hate that team and always have, hate that city. In '91 I got to see the Cowboys feed 'em buckwheats at Milwaukee County Stadium. Just a slow steady beating that was a harbinger of what was to come for the two teams the next several years. What a great day that was.

Mighta spoke too soon. They couldn't make a simple fucking 1st down to end it, and Rodgers takes 'em down for the go ahead score with a little over a minute remaining. 38-35 Fudge.
