Other than pure sack total EZ had a really good rookie yr and by all other measures was one of the best rookie DE/Edge guys picked last yr, outperforming several guys drafted WAY ahead of him (including Abdul Carter & Shemar Stewart) He has a bright future, hopefully he is 100% by traning camp...

The guy played in 18 career games for two terrible coaching staffs.

Gregory ruined himself with weed. Not sure you can call Kneeland a disappointment because of his situation, he never got a chance to develop. What happened with him was sad and tragic, not disappointing.
