So far they have done long term deals with Odiggy, Turpin, Ferguson and now Bland. If they wrap up Tyler Smith then they have locked up a lot of guys they needed to keep plus gained two extra 1st rd picks and a quality starting DT, at the expense of losing one superstar.

Dooms has definitely been more on the fence about Parsons than the rest of us. He has had a post history that supports it. I doubt he really disputes that Parsons is a "generational talent" but he has not turned into a truly "generational player". He keeps getting mentioned with those types...

Texas Tech is pretty good and the draft gurus have been singing the praises for them all offseason. Numerous NFL quality players on their roster.

We've drafted quite a few really, really good players outside the top-10 and so have plenty of teams. Just for us off the top of my head there was Dez, Fred, Zack Martin, Cee Dee & Cee Dee. Some of the better teams draft in the 20's (or 30's) almost every yr and stay good, how do they do that...
