We're not good enough to withstand Kevin Dumbass Ogletree at #2 WR, either...
I'd probably agree with you more if Dez didn't have such a history of getting hurt.
Got a Specialized a few years ago as a gift and really like it. Though I have been mountain biking in Arkansas and a couple of pretty cool places, I mostly much ride on the flat paved trails around here.
Years ago a buddy of mine got into road biking and I bought one, too. Didn't like riding...
I'd let Coale or someone with great hands play the Crayton role and catch the ones deep in our territory. Let Dez do the ones around the 40 or 50 where there's a chance for a good return.
True, I remember when a couple buddies and I would say about about 6:00, let's go to a Mavs game. Then just drive up and get tickets.
But still, the Mavs and Rangers have been winning pretty big and the Cowboys haven't.
I don't know what it is, though, and maybe it's just me. But I don't...
Orlando probably wouldn't have taken any pick but #1 anyway, would they? So weren't odds against it from the start?
On another note, is Portland a viable destination for Williams? I've heard something about that.
It's true. The Rangers are huge. I see far more Rangers t-shirts and hats than I do Cowboys gear.
That could all change if the football team starts winning a bunch of playoff games, though.
Definitely, but Archer claimed on the radio yesterday that the team was basically planning on splitting the job, with Connor the run down guy and Carter the pass guy. I don't see why he couldn't beat out Connor, though. Connor is a nice solid vet but nothing special.
I don't have a bad feeling about him, but I don't see him as some gem that we stole like so many are saying, either. He's a typical fourth round OLB... I don't see what makes him a better prospect than a guy like Victor Butler.
Right, and in terms of ball skills alone, that might not be far off.
Claiborne's challenge will be when he's manned up on the truly elite athletes of the league because he's not the fastest or most explosive guy.
That's pretty much what I was thinking... Wonder how much of an ahole he's going to be now that he's on the team payroll.
Though in fairness he's praised Garrett for the last year or so... Part of me wonders if some of that was angling for a job back.
And said it before, but I agree with ZC...
I'm with you on that. Yeah, Smith has plenty of talent to excel there, but it will be new to him (he didn't even play it in college) and he will be going against better rushers over there.
I'm sure he'll be fine, but there could be some bumps in the road early on.
