I expect him to be very good again this year like he was two years ago. I just don't know how good Gruden really is. I still think Shanahan's system helped that team a lot in 2012.

I'm not sure Jerry even thinks he's great or even that good at running the team. He admitted that when he said he weren't the owner he'd have fired the GM years ago. He just doesn't care, because his first concern is making money. And he's #1 at that.
