"Fair" is always subjective, but the numbers that have come out weren't up to par for what a WR of his caliber deserves, and I don't blame him for turning it down.

Well of course it's unprovable. It's an opinion on a hypothetical. But Dez is one of the rare WRs who does significantly alter the way defenses play, which opens up other things. I don't think that's in question.

But I'd say that if Seattle has a true top playmaking WR like Dez, they win easily and that Superbowl never comes down to one play. Same for NE, who might have one more Superbowl.
