    Garrett's stock rising dramatically

And how the minute he lets him leave, the team he goes to WINS SUPER BOWLS! LOL

    Your takes on Dak..

Well you'd surely have to keep it simple. Much like the pass he caught Sunday. But you might remember, I was calling for this same thing using Dez instead, last year when it became apparent to me what was going on and even more apparent we weren't doing anything to address it. And we still...

    Your takes on Dak..

There's tons of other things you can do besides just accept their taking one of your receivers away. Like this shit wasn't tried vs Landry? Jimmy? You don't allow it to continue. Not for 8 games last season then the first five of the next. This is high school level coaching stuff, it's not...

    Your takes on Dak..

If Garrett really wanted to be "creative" like that idiot Romo and Nance kept calling him during the Jacksonville game, he might try lining Rico Gathers up in the slot and throw tall balls to him and let the fucks suffer tackling him. He'd drag four of them ten yards after the catch. Meanwhile...

    Your takes on Dak..

I think the fact that we don't continue making yards and scoring points when they double Beasley not only speaks to our idiot coaching, but one reason for their idiocy might be that they think or know they lack the qb who can make defenses pay when they focus on taking a receiver away. I can't...

    Your takes on Dak..

I'd observed this all during the latter half of the 2017 season when people were asking "where's Beasley." Then this was confirmed last night during Beasley's post game interview with Brad Sham. He said teams have been doubling him and taking away the routes he runs. Said they knew the Jags...

Running list of Jason Garrett embarrassing records and stats

Beasley's post-game interview with Dallas radio was way interesting. He said teams have been concentrating on taking him out of the game but they knew Jacksonville wouldn't, from watching film. But then in the 2nd half they put a big linebacker on him, who he said was "beating me up pretty good...

Could be a big advantage in everything... That's where his problems start.

I have a screenplay I've shopped called "Getting Ahead" set in a near future where medical science has advanced to where head transplants can be reliably done for those who can afford it. My protaganist is 88 and his head is transplanted on a healthy 24 year old body. His face slowly takes on...

I'd probably still be doing it if the law hadn't gotten so touchy about it. Used to be if you beat some puke up it was "mutual combat" but in the mid 90s they started taking pugilists to jail on assault charges. Coincidence that I was in my early 30s at the time? Anyway yeah, one day I just woke...

Same here. For me it sorta coincided with the law getting serious about assault charges, and "mutual combat" exceptions going out the window.

I said that in real time actually. That if your decision IS to punt you must at THE VERY LEAST try to draw them offsides first. There's NO risk associated with trying it. And the 5 yards makes no difference if they don't jump. I don't think Ginger's ever tried to draw anyone off.

Wrong. I explained my methodology earlier. It's a 1-6 scale based on how sure I am we'll win. 4 is pretty damned sure. I usually don't go above 2.

I don't think there was any real-time reasoning. He just defaulted to his normal coward reaction, then tried to rationalize it later. His first instinct was surrender and he went with it. Now, of course his rationalization is idiotic. Most are. It never entered his mind to even try to draw them...

I'd go if I were near an away game. They're always fun. Although, remember a Cowboys fan was shot at Landover after a Cowboys win a couple-three years back.

Just looked it up, officially it was their 42. Kicking the FG there is the suck if you miss, but if you make it makes them need a TD to win and a FG to keep OT going. Really needed to either go for it there or kick the FG miss or no. The punt is just, surrender.
