    2017 Week 15 NFL Thread

Late today they tweeted it was just a rest day, I didn't see anything else mentioned about an "injury" for Lawrence

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

I would think it would be different for just "coaching" though. It doesn't require any physical talent. He just does dumb shit sometimes, how could he have not learned better from guys like JJ and Saban?

Yep, this absolutely should be a staple of the game plans every week.

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

No it wasn't. Garrett completely tore up the playbook and redesigned the entire passing game when he took over. Sparano was a washout coach in numerous stops after he left Dallas. He didn't amount to shit anywhere. His best ability was as an OL coach, and he wasn't all that great with that either.

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

He really didn't interview for the HC position originally. They asked permission to interview him for an offensive assistant job, and the Dolphins then stipulated the only way they'd let him out of his deal was for an OC or Head Coach job gig. Garrett isn't the only guy who got "lucky", I'm...

All deserved, Tyron has been beat up this year but he is still one of the top guys at his position.

    2018 Cowboys Draft Watch

If Roquan blows up the combine I think he could end up going top-10

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

Almost anyone would be better at this point. Jones once said any of 500 coaches could win a super bowl with Jimmy's team. Well if that's true then any of 5000 coaches could be the same mediocre .500 guy that Garrett is with this team.

Ben Rogers publicly calls for Garrett firing

Maybe that explains why they suck so bad offensively. I think we should start promoting Garrett for OC there.

Falcons play at Saints and then home vs Carolina. Carolina plays at home vs Tampa and then at Falcons. Saints play at home vs Falcons and then at home vs New Orleans. We need Atlanta, Carolina or New Orleans to lose twice. Lions play at Cinci (likely the last home game for Marvin Lewis) and...

    2017 Week 15 NFL Thread

Stupid Bucs had their chances last night. Fumbled inside Falcons 10 after long drive. Falcons fumbled into the endzone and Bucs couldn't recover. Freeman had another fumble Bucs couldn't recover, and Bucs missed a FG Falcons have to be the luckiest team in the league. They could easily be 4-10...

    XFL to return

They were able to get really good, legit players and had a number of outstanding coaches. I think it might have a better chance of success now, because when they tried this back in the early/mid 80's the NFL was invincible. It's not that way anymore.

    2017 Week 15 NFL Thread

Lawrence is getting doubled and chipped a lot and it's definitely had an impact, though he still has several plays a game (whether its run or pass) that he blows up. Not having Irving these last two games made it much easier for teams to do different things to him blocking wise. Maliek Collins...

Irving is a RFA after this season, they may not try to tie him long term after this year but they are not going to let him go. Lawrence is going to get the franchise tag for 2018 I believe.
