My apathy is at an all-time high

Geez dude, that's going back a long damn way. I get the complaints but that stuff is ancient history. The Joey Galloway deal ended up bad, but I understood why they did it at the time, and at that time Galloway was one of the elite WR talents in the league. Jones and the Cowboy coaches thought...

My apathy is at an all-time high

Seems the consensus is somewhere between 10-20. I still think Ridley goes before our pick at 19. I can hear the complaints 2-3 yrs from now, "why the hell didn't we move up for Calvin Ridley when we had such an obvious need at WR?????!!!!!!" Not really sure I'd buy that. Everyone in the...

My apathy is at an all-time high

Yeah, don't think I'd bet on it. And the fans just want them to draft good players, they don't care what the positions are (except for kicker/punter obviously)

It’s time to move on from Dez

He made some comments about trying to be creative or something I think. Which is kind of interesting, we've always heard he has a limited knowledge of the route tree and has the obvious limitations on route running ability, both those things would hurt a team's ability to "be more creative"

    Would we dare?

You only do that if you don't believe Prescott is the answer. Otherwise in the salary cap era and when you have a team with obvious holes that need filled to close the gap on the best team in your division, you don't throw away your only 1st rd pick on a QB when you have a very capable one...

It’s time to move on from Dez

And like I said, if he was still producing like 2012-2014, he'd still be here. He didn't produce though, has effort issues and is paid an enormous amount of money. That's why he is gone.

It’s time to move on from Dez

Since when do Jason Witten's routes take forever to develop? And he's been the focal part of the offense for years. Cole Beasley isn't running long routes either.

It’s time to move on from Dez

TO was cut because he was the ultimate team cancer. Period. Dez was cut because he was being paid like an elite player, but producing JAG results. There is also the rumored stuff of not being committed to being the bets player he could. Neither player was a "scapegoat" for anything. Had TO not...

DT Maurice Hurst. if he's truly cleared of the heart thing that caused the league to send him home from the combine, he's probably a 1st rd pick. (Note, according to reports, he was NOT on the NFL injury re-check list and he did participate in Michigan's proday) Has some Aaron Donald/Geno...

My apathy is at an all-time high

I think I would be willing to bet against that. We might move up for a WR at some point, but I bet it wont be with out pick at 19.

It’s time to move on from Dez

And why would they. Team captains are usually captains in the first place because they have the leadership skills and work ethic teams' want other players to minic, they command respect. Dez wasn't doing what he needed to do to be the best player he could be and help the team win more. Again...
