Yeah this was a fucking terrible move. He was mediocre at best last yr, is a lousy blocker and he even dropped the easiest TD pass a guy could ever have (Colts game). Now they are giving him a multi yr deal with guaranteed money? Just stupid.

Nah this cant be. IdiotZone Experts said Tyron Smith was washed up and a massive waste of cap space. Cant wait till they are out from under his salary.

He spends money, it just seems the preference is to spend it on their own guys. It's a great idea if 1) You have talent and 2) have good coaching. We have 1 of those.

So there's no chance players here improve huh? OK The point I made (that you missed) is we have several guys who will command large contract extensions. We really need to keep those guys. if it weren't for having so many of those all at once, we probably would be more willing to dive into early...

Cuts, signings, trades and more from around the league

Zoners were all up in arms that Bel's deal would be off the charts and make Zeke impossible to sign "ahhhhh...Bell's gonna get 17+ mils per year!!!!! We'll never be able to keep Zeke now!!!! We should trade him!!!!" And it's reported to be 4 yrs, 52.5 mils. Zeke will probably get more than...

He's been healthy for two years since the last surgery, he even played through a major shoulder injury. I think he deserves a long term deal here, but I do agree with them being prudent on this. They have a bunch of guys due large extensions, they have to be smart about this otherwise we'll be...

    The 2019 Cowboys Off-Season Thread

Again, that's an utter b/s take dude. it's called "negotiating" Your saying the only offer that would have been legit is one he would have signed, what if he wants to be the highest paid defensive player in the league? What if he is asking for a deal that totally resets the entire market? They...

DLaw, Prescott, Zeke, Byron Jones, Cooper. If we signed any of those guys away from other teams would that be a "splash"?

Its fucking laughable that Cowboy fans who spent 20+ yrs whining about mismanagement of the cap now whine like a fat fucking pig because they want to manage it properly.

    The 2019 Cowboys Off-Season Thread

This is some serious b/s dude. How do you know they haven't made legit long term deal offers to him? (Hint, they've made at least one since the end of the season, it made the news) Just because he hasn't signed one of them doesn't mean they weren't legit offers. Or are you suggesting they...

Redskins showing that they still give out some of the dumbest contracts imaginable to free agents with that Collins deal. 6yrs 84 mil is just ridiculously stupid money for a guy who stinks in space, has very limited man cover skills. Dude had a good yr in 2016 when a few bouncing balls landed...

Antonio Brown officially traded to Raiders for reportedly a 3rd and 5th. Zoners going ape shit about it, how Raiders fleeced us. Never mind Brown is something like 6 or 7 yrs older and has been the ultimate team cancer the past two yrs.
