I saw that a while back, it was great and made me envious. It also pissed me off because it reminded me of the kind of coaches jeri brings in that are so inferior I wonder if jeri had any clue about Arians history or even values that type of experience

My complaint would be over the efficient use of resources. I'd rather spread the risk among several players with upside and hunger for another contract. Once players get paid, the dynamic changes dramatically imo. Additionally, paying these guys kills a roster spot and is a progress stopper...
