Redemption for us when Garrett Gone

Indeed. We played one average course (Legacy) but then played two really good ones, Raven and Whirlwind. Had not played any of these 3 previously.

This was the first thing I thought when I saw McCarthy and Lewis were both going to be here today:

Starvin Marvin in the house. What better way to replace a Garrett then with the guy who's HC career closely mirrors it. That said, Lewis is probably the Rooney rule candidate.

The Witten stuff is b/s, he might get some looks to be a TE coach or some other type of offensive assistant but he isn't going to be a HC anytime soon. In regards to Campbell, obviously he is considered a "Parcells" guy and has been on Sean Payton's staff in New Orleans as Asst HC and TE coach...

ESPN and others are saying the Vikes intend to keep Zimmer and the GM regardless of what happens in the playoffs.

I agree, it's truly bizarre. Until I saw this McCarthy report today I was still wondering if Jones wasn't somehow trying to find an angle to still keep the Clapper as coach, but if that report is true then surely Garrett is done. With that said I think the delay might be because: 1) For...

Redemption for us when Garrett Gone

I am not advocating for McCarthy, but supposedly he has spent the last year doing a deep dive into all sorts of NFL offensive schemes and play designs and has made that part of his HC interviews, apparently he is willing to adapt in an effort to have more success. Would like to see some of the...

He's done. Even as dysfunctional as Jerry is, he wouldn't be out there doing a HC search if they intended to keep Clapper.

Above said, ESPN and others are reporting the Vikes intend to keep Zimmer and their GM regardless of what happens in the postseason. Good riddance. I don't understand what anyone sees in Zimmer at all, and dude's HC record is basically the same as Garrett's. Half his seasons end in .500 records...
