What is latest on Randy Gregory

Why? He costs almost nothing vs the cap. if he gets reinstated and can prove he is worthy of getting on the field, I have no problem with him being here.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

And you too shit the bed by ignoring how much coaching matters.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Coaching matters. Unless you are going to go full fucktard and try to tell us Prescott and the others on this team have really maxed out their skills because of Red Headed Goober and his Keystone Copys assistant group.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

You grossly underestimate the value of quality coaching. We have been handcuffed with one of the 4 or 5 worst head coaches and staffs for years. Philly has a coach that won a super bowl.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

I actually think Prescott is a better player than Goff or Wentz. He is clearly not in the others on that list class as a passer and doesn't have super bowls. Again, in 12 months whatever contract Prescott gets today will be lapped by several others.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Doesn't matter. In 12 months there will be several others who reset the market. It happens.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Multiple people debunked it, he never asked for 40 million and even if he did, he knew he wasn't going to get that. When you are negotiating deals you normally ask for more, knowing the other side will want to push for something less. I do it everyday with my underwriters.

    2020 Offseason Cowboy personnel news

I'm not opposed to them keeping the guy, he's a decent player who can do a few different things up front and it sounds like they want to be able to play multiple fronts.. I wouldn't want to keep him (if he does get healthy) at what he is making now though.

    2020 Offseason Cowboy personnel news

CZ has been going into a hissy for weeks with multiple threads about Crawford and cutting him to free up space for another player. Seeing their mass overreaction to this is pretty funny. Multiple threads and 100's of posts and I don't think one person ever mentioned the fact that he is injured...

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

You dont know that, you are drawing conclusions based on what you perceive, not actual facts. Unless you've been in the rooms helping them hammer the thing out all along. And yes, I do think he's gotten bad advice from his team of advisers. It was pretty foolish IMO to have a guy drafted at...

    2020 draft news and rumors

If they don't get another WR before the draft WR very well could be BPA at 17 for us. If Lamb, Jeudy or even Henry Ruggs is there at 17 we could do far worse. Obviously DB (CB or safety) is a huge need and so might pass rushing DE.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

I always find the "someone caved" argument pretty humorous. They're negotiating. There's give and take to both sides. In the grand scheme of things if all they are arguing about is 4yrs or 5 yrs then ultimately if the Cowboys let him have the 4yr deal to make sure he gets in on time and get...

    2020 Offseason Cowboy personnel news

Had we not made one damn move in free agency, just having MM instead of Garrett and that sack of shit staff he had is a massive improvement.

    2020 Offseason Cowboy personnel news

I think McCoy/Poe tandem in the middle is going to be pretty strong for us. It wont be as goos as Philly's tandem of Hargrave/Cox but these guys should be a strong upgrade for us over the past few years, and help eliminate the "parting the red sea" run defense we have seen at times in spots...

    Travis Fredrick retires

Barring injury, one of the Connors will be the starting C. McGovern played some C at Penn State and many scouts believed C Williams best position might be C (I believe Gil Brant was saying exactly that last offseason)
