Ideal situation would have been Parcells realizing he wasn't cutting it on gamedays and promoting Payton to Head Coach. Parcells remains at GM keeping Jerry to wander around Valley Ranch looking for things to do. We'd be a very different organization right now.

I'm not ready to write off Ryan. Get him a safety who can cover ground and a pass rusher opposite Ware. I think we will see a big difference. If Jerry sells us on how Barry Church and Victor Butler are ready to be stars than Ryan is screwed.

Osi is not a free agent. Crowder is an absolute knucklehead. That being said, I would sign him to a cap-friendly, incentive packed deal yesterday. He is the kind of player our defense needs and I think he would do well under Rob Ryan.
