I think you can cut him, then bring him back at a lower rate...so it is a pay cut in the form of a new contract. I don't endorse this though, he is terrible.

Sure. Now from the sounds of it though he increased his strength before last season and looked to improve. I never saw anything from Kowalski that ever led me to believe he was more than quality churn.

I will agree with this. He has an escapability that some of the top end guys do not. Fitz and Cal are great, but they are not as good with the ball in their hands as Bryant. Still though, he has lapses that hopefully will become less and less and he matures.
