RB
Lamar Miller Miami
or
Doug Martin Tampa Bay
They both might be too expensive but I still want to make that phone call, sell the franchise and this O Line. Miller is the rare 24-year old available home run (4.4 speed, 251 touches for 1,069 yards and 10 TD) free agent. Martin, a little older...

Garrett and Jerry still signed off on it.
I do like that they sent the jet for him on the 1st day of free agency. THAT is what I think Jerry should be doing. Wooing free agents. Not making the decision who to sign or who to draft, but showing that player what being a Dallas Cowboy could be.
Su'a is a good kid. He has a nose for the ball, someone called him a bigger Honey Badger which I think is fair. Not sure about his long speed. I'm concerned he's either an undersized LB or a step-slow safety. Wanted to see him run at the Combine.
Wish it would have worked out but time to learn from it, reevaluate the people who decided he was worth that contract, and make better decisions from this point.
Only the Cowboys prioritize signing injury-plagued depth guys on the first few days on free agency.
These are the kind of guys we should be signing when Plan A through G don't pan out.
Is the difference between Ezekiel Elliott and Darren McFadden stats, mostly without Romo and a decent passing game, more of an immediate impact versus Ramsey over Carr or Jack over Kyle fricken Wilber?
McFadden had 1400 yards last year.
Now I get that Elliott's impact over the next several...
If Romo retires after the 2017 season, there would be a dead money hit of $8.9M on the 2018 salary cap. We would free up $16.3 million on cap room.
Technically, he could be a June 1st cut before the 2017 season, he would count $10.7M in dead money in 2017 and it would free up $14M in cap room...
If not for Lee, yes.
He'll be an everydown player. The question will be who comes off in dime, him or Lee. I suggested you basically stay nickel with Jack being better than most of our safeties.
