    Gun Rights Tracker

The problem with federal law is that it's not applied equally and doesn't have to be applied at all. I'd bet most drug and gun arrests by feds are prosecuted in state courts.

    Gun Rights Tracker

This is a great point. Unfortunately, we're softening laws, not making them tougher. Many states had 5 year mandatory firearms laws when I was working. I don't know how many still do. But these are the types of felons that should be in our prisons. Get them off the street.

    Gun Rights Tracker

There was an argument, if I recall correctly, that having voter ID laws is like a tax on the poor, which infringes on their right and ability to vote. In other words, people would have to pay to get the ID's and the poor couldn't afford it. But the left has no issues taxing a legal firearms...

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

Well we'll see how it plays out. He certainly has the benefit of seeing how big tech took down Parler and other conservative media and voices.

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

I'd bet a bunch of his appointees like Chris Wray were recommendations from dolts like McConnell. Trump wasn't a politician. He never had the swamp contacts that these people build throughout their careers. It's why he brought in some folks from the private sector. It happens. Some folks...

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

Things should get interesting. I have no doubt he'll have the best people working on it and will probably own his own servers, rather than be help hostage by Amazon. I'm certain Apple won't let him on their platform but it will give him a forum.

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

That's pretty fucked up. I didn't know what cml was referring to until you pointed it out.....nothing would shock me at this point.

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

This is why I'm not buying any of it. Had all of the voters who voted in November come out in January, the Dems would have found more votes to off-set those numbers. You can't claim election fraud and show some evidence of the same and then claim that the Republicans would have won if all the...

Missouri county passes act empowering sheriffs to arrest feds who try to confiscate guns

This will never work and it's all for show by cowardly Republicans at every level who let the horse out of the barn. The Supremacy Clause declares that "the constitution, laws, and treaties of the federal government to be the supreme law of the land to which judges in every state are bound...

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

By and large, people voted in Georgia but I believe I read somewhere that 80,000 fewer Republicans voted. They would not have made a difference and the Dems would have just introduced more mail in ballots. This is not on the Republican voters, but rather the elected officials of Georgia who...

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

There's a bigger issue here for me personally as a long time fan. I have no doubt Dak can keep things somewhat competitive and exciting which will keep the stadium full and bankroll growing. Check the box for goal #1 of the Jones Family. As a fan, I'm on year 26 without an NFC Championship...

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

I know what you guys are thinking.....Jimmy sounds an awful lot like Dodger....but I promise you guys I'm not Jimmy. Dak's not the type of QB to carry a team but we paid him that type of money. And I'm a clone of Dak as well; good guy, great locker room guy, great leader, limited QB skills...

9 and 8 and a playoff birth/loss? You're shooting for the stars I see Scott.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

But I guess if you give Romo 100 million dollars with a broken back, I shouldn't be too surprised. I was heartbroken the kid broke his leg last year and felt sick to my stomach. Good for him, bad for the Cowboys.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Good Lord. I didn't think anyone would pay Dak that kind of money coming off a serious injury but I was wrong. That's just crazy.

Dak has as much leverage with Dallas as Hostile has at DCU.

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

I never uninstalled my app when Apple took it down and banned it from the app store. When Parler came back on-line, my app was working again. It sucks anyway and I don't trust it enough to get any kind of solid conservative news. It's basically a mouthpiece for Sean Hannity and others. But...

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

I have it on my iPhone. Maybe because I downloaded the app prior to Apple banning them. But my app is functioning.

    The never-ending POTUS Election Tracker....

Parler has been back on-line for 2 weeks. And Apple has let them back on the App platform. I don't post on social media but I peruse a few platforms and Parler is pretty dead and useless. I also read that they started banning some users in Twitter fashion.

Who Here is Not Entirely Sold on Dak Prescott?

Dak's team badly miscalculated. He'll play on another 1 year deal or get traded but no one is going to give big money to a guy coming of a serious leg injury.
