You really need to google before you open your mouth and show how clueless you are. This is a legitimate issue that you clearly have done no research to find any facts.

Nobody said welfare is hardly abused, there are real issues and IMO this testing does nothing to address them and just adds more waste. Take a look at who benefits from this additional testing and who are driving these new laws.

Your own eyes? how many people are you seeing on welfare on a daily basis and how are your own eyes spotting all of this abuse?

Did you not say this a major step forward in reform? What about this can be considered a major step anywhere? What would have to happen in your opinion for this to be a major step forward ( your words not mine).

Why do you think this a major reform? What about this law changes anything significantly about the welfare system? How many people do you think this will screen out?

What stats are you using to say things are bad now? What percentage of drug users do you think are taking advantage of the system and how does this address the reall issues of the people who are clean and abusing the system. These seems to me to be a solution in search of a problem.
