lol Whatever you say bud. There was next to no contesting the pass. Newman didn't get a finger on it and didn't even see it for the matter. The only contesting of the play occured after the CJ was already on the ground with the ball secured and Newman dove on him like a cat on a mouse trying...

I don't think anyone thinks its a smart move.. but bitching about it isn't going to make it stop, which is why i don't worry about it that much. As long as he signs the paychecks, he can do what he wants. I don't think he's as big of a distraction down there as everyone believes to be honest.

If we would have kept the pressure up in the second half i think it would have made it easier on all of our DB's. Certainly covering Johnson isn't easy, but that play at the end on CJ's TD, he didn't even contest the pass. It was a throw and catch. Newman might as well have been on the sidelines.

Im not even going to argue that point, because i think you're right, i just don't think its by as wide of a margin as everyone else probably does. As i said above, for such a physically gifted athlete, im tired of Newman's mentality of not wanting to give up the big play. He lets so many balls...

You would think.. but apparently not. So since we all know Tony is the guy here for the forseeable future, we should all learn to live with it and rather than bitch and get ourselves worked up about him, just hope that since he is a little older now, he'll actually start learning from these...

Its his team.. its not a matter of if he should be or shouldn't be. Its not like he's the first owner to ever stroll the sideline during a game. There were questions.. but like i said, he squashed them before it blew up again.

Romo is the guy here for the next few years at least.. so everybody needs to get used to it. As Jerry said, we go as he goes, so lets hope now that he's getting up there in age he actually will learn from these mistakes this time.

He got thrown at and had more completions against than Ball or Jenkins did. Call it what you'd like.

The point is that he thinks he's providing some deep analysis or something, when really he's just regurgitating arguments that have been on the table for years about Tony. This is something a fan could jump on the program and come up with. He brings nothing of substance to the table.
