Garrett is HC next year. Why? Jerry doesn't have to walk on eggshells, Garrett lets him run his mouth into any microphone in the area, Garrett lets Jerry do whatever he wants and Jerry's bottom line hasn't been impacted. Winning? Secondary for Jerry.

As far as Garrett, he sucks. What I find interesting is that for as much grief as the offense got (much deserved), they still scored more PPG than any other year under Garrett except for 2007, I think. Want to win those close games? Ditch Garrett's horrible offensive system entirely.

Nothing is going to change until things hit rock bottom and it starts impacting Jerry's bottom line. What incentive does he have to change? He's making money, he isn't walking on eggshells and he is having fun running the show and shoving his mouth into any microphone pointed his way.
