    They're all attachments, but after a certain file size they won't go inline. This is why they can be lost. Especially if they use tapatalk or any other 3rd party.

    If an attachment isn't inline(specified insert size) it can drop off. Always specify full or thumb for insert. I prefer thumb, makes image load faster and onclick lets the reader then see full size.
