    Remember how Dez's 3 dropped passes made the Cowboys lose 9 games? Dez is clearly an issue but the fact that his shitty behavior goes unchecked falls on leadership and coaching. The team needs a coach that is strong enough to keep Jerry at bay and get players like Dez focused and accountable.

    Yeah, no idea if that's a tough schedule or not. Cincinnati is good but not elite. Pittsburgh is good but inconsistent. At Green bay and at Minnesota will suck for us. Detroit, Chicago, New Orleans are all inconsistent as well. Plus, Garrett.
