NFLN Ian Rappaport- Cowboys contacted Tyson Clabo

Correct. A right tackle can be found anywhere in the draft. Clabo himself was a UDFA. You do not want to be desperate at any position. But, hey, let's see what happens with the most inexact and unpredictable device in professional football. Sounds like a winning plan. If we "wait" on the...

    Cap Numbers for all 32....

It starts with this league year, I believe. But that does not mean a team has to blow all of their space now. They can wait until the end of the league year and extend players. They do not have to spend it on free agents now.

Falcons release RT Tyson Clabo - we had interest in him a few years ago IIRC

Doesn't matter. His agent probably looked at our cap space and the Jags and hung up the phone.

    2013 NFL Draft Thread

Tebow was great at Florida. In the NFL, not so much. I just do not see much from Randle that is impressive. He looks very ordinary, not very much different from the rest of an average RB group overall. If I am spending one of six very important draft choices on a player, I would hope for a...

Don't care for Randle. Now Bell I like--good power back.

It means "Very Interested". And there are a bunch of names missing from that list.

BREAKING: Tony Romo deal DONE. 6 year, 108m. 55 mil guaranteed

"@adbrandt: Romo deal creates short-term Cap, adds millions to future stacked charges. Leverage gained for future, too much dead $ to cut." This was a marriage.

I sure hope Kenny Vaccaro is that good.

BREAKING: Tony Romo deal DONE. 6 year, 108m. 55 mil guaranteed

I think that is exactly what they did. All that talk about Tony being a "great partner" and stuff. Guess it did not work as well as planned.

BREAKING: Tony Romo deal DONE. 6 year, 108m. 55 mil guaranteed

Wonderful. Better hope the draft plays out well because the Cowboys are not signing Andre Smith with that kind of cap room.

BREAKING: Tony Romo deal DONE. 6 year, 108m. 55 mil guaranteed

It is plenty to sign "A" free agent. We just paid an aging QB 25 year old money...might as well get the 33 year old guard to protect him for eight million.

    Huge cuts today

No chance. He refused an incentive based contract that would have been worth top money from the Steelers. He honestly thinks he's going to get paid. Washington would not have the ability to put together a contract he is likely to find attractive.

Gavin Newsom on Adam Carolla on O'Reilly on minorities struggling

They are poor because frankly, there is a certain amount of ease to it. Real work is alien to the lower class in this country. There is no work ethic. You can bitch, while collecting food stamps and welfare checks. It really is a great system.

    What have we learned?

Carpenter. Ware. Felix Jones. I mean nobody saw those coming with the smokescreens Jerry Jones was putting out. He's just too crafty for us.

    What have we learned?

Draft season is where Jones is at his most transparent, in case you have not realized over the past few years. That is why he is so weak as a general manager.

    What have we learned?

I could easily see a defensive lineman and a safety in the first two rounds. Very easy. He was just talking up trash like Ronald Leary, even after he did not play a down of real football. If that is a smokescreen, it is laughable that anyone in the league would fall for it, which is exactly...

    What have we learned?

Again, you said he lies about everything. I said not everything. He does not lie about the talent on this roster that he is paying. He does lie about who he is drafting, how good the team is, who he might be interested in. But I challenge you to prove he lies about EVERYTHING, which is...
