    Who You Got? Week 2

They're missing Leary, Shane Ray, and Crick, though. Cowboys should win comfortably. Denver has taken a big step backwards in coaching on both sides of the ball and their QB is just a bus driver. Only thing that concerns me a little is it seems like I haven't heard much concern about this game...

That Leary injury is pretty huge for us. Besides being a good player, he'd have been extra motivated going against the team who let him go.

Hey bb, you mentioned Doctson... I thought he'd be really good. Is he still hurt or do they just think he can't play?

Did you see that Rams defense yesterday? (Ignore that it was against Scott Tolzien, ok?) And cmd, how about Goff? Not bad.

But last year he was, for the most part. His accuracy was incredible most of the time. And with all his work in the offseason, I expected him to build on that. But instead he was almost worse. Not sure I remember him missing as many open, unpressured throws as he did last night.

    Day After Thoughts Week One

The Giants' run D is and was legitimately good. They're obviously good overall. But Dak was missing some relatively easy open throws where he wasn't even pressured. Not saying he'll keep doing that all year or even for another week, but for last night, that surprised me.

    Day After Thoughts Week One

The Giants O was just horrible. Eli has always been streaky, but I've never seen him look so bad. How much was because of our defense, I'm not even sure. He looked like he'd been talking to his brother about how great retirement was right before the game... or something. If they don't do any...

No doubt there is a cultural war against football from some quarters. Always has been, really, but with social media and a new crop of indoctrinated youth it's more successful now. Speaking of, I heard a good little interview with Daryl Johnston on the Ticket last week. I guess he's become...

Zeke Elliott case STILL under league review, Revis totally cleared

Right, most adult, professional people are able to root for a team but still objectively do their jobs. Only a few adults still sport a child's rabid, completely irrational fandom that blinds them to facts. *Looks at zone* I think the league was just trying to keep the PC police off their...

I'm with Laz on the division. I have a feeling none of the others will be that good this year.

:lol Of course Archer is going to try to pimp a Garrett practice. Yeah, I think one of the worst natural disasters of all time might be on the Houston players' minds.

    Cooper Kupp

I watched at least a quarter yesterday of the Rams-Chargers game when I was at lunch, and I thought Goff did look much better. Not that that's saying a ton, because he was awful last year. But I don't think it was everyone around him, from what I saw. Cupp does seem to have good hands and...

Exactly. The practice squad is for development. Moore has nothing to develop.

    Cooper Kupp

Eh, has he done anything that special? He looks okay to me. Solid. But not some difference maker. I think the real story there is Goff looks miles better than last year. Maybe it changes when games really start, but he looks like he's taken a big jump forward.
