Yea I agree... Jerry says a lot of shit he doesn't mean. We'd be stupid as fuck to put the 5th year option on Claiborne. Not entirely sold on the idea that we'd cut him yet though. Guess it depends on if we drafted a CB pretty early. But more than likely I see Claiborne starting on the PUP list...- NoShame

Yea I agree. NO way I do that if its gonna cost that much... The reason I brought it up was because I seen Lance Zierlein's latest mock draft and he had Ray sliding to number 21 where the Bengals picked. I don't think it happens but if he gets there I hope we explore our options to go get him. -

It's never gonna happen but one player I wouldn't mind seeing the Cowboys go up for if he starts sliding is Shane Ray. -
Cowboys work out UCLA QB Brett Hundley
Unless it's great value I'd rather see us stay away from the QBs in this draft. CB, DT, DE, RB are all much more important/bigger needs than future QB at this point in time. -

Unless I was completely blown away with an offer I would stay at 4 if I was the raiders. Take Cooper and give your QB a shot at being something. Leonard Williams would be tempting but I think you gotta give your young QB a young and potentially great receiver to grow with. -
1 Week Out Mock (with trades)
Trades: Love the trade down in the first. Wouldn't mind going out of the first completely, actually. Don't mind the trade up for a player we really like. I'll never argue with being aggressive. I really don't like the idea of trading a 4th for a RB. Rather would take one in this draft... -

@TonyPauline: I'm told it was the Dallas Cowboys who flagged Shane Ray as needing foot surgery but not all teams are convinced the procedure is needed. Maybe our attempt at getting Ray to slide down within range for a possible trade up...? -

@AdamSchefter: Some smart people believe when Greg Hardy's appeal is said and done, suspension could be reduced to anywhere from 2 to 6 games. We'll see.- NoShame

Melvin Gordon busted wearing Cowboys shirt
I feel the same. Gurley and probably Peterson are the only two RBs I'd use #27 on. I don't hate Gordon, I just don't see that much of a difference in him from that second teir with Coleman, Johnson, Ajayi, etc. that we could have at #60. Better value in my mind.- NoShame
