    Day After Thoughts

Tremendous stuff, db. I'll add: • How about some props for Ogletree? He's playing some really good football. • The most consistently excellent players on the team not named Demarcus Ware are Dan Bailey and Chris Jones. • Jerry and Red are gonna end Romo's career if they don't get serious...

Dallas: 52 Total Points In Last 4 Regular Season Games

I'm giving Witten a pass. This week. Jerry and Garrett better wise up and prioritize, or they will watch Romo's career end a lot sooner than they expect.

Dallas: 52 Total Points In Last 4 Regular Season Games

I agree with what you're saying, db. They played a solid game; I didn't post to trash Garrett. I like him. He's a Cowboy, not just some guy hired to coach the team. But to my way of thinking, his offense should be solid against a team with the DBacks NY trotted out there. And maybe the Seattle...

Dallas: 52 Total Points In Last 4 Regular Season Games

I'm not ready to replace Garrett, but I'm definitely unimpressed with his offense.

Rob Ryan: 'We prefer efficiency over stupidity'

I don't think you can judge an NFL team until after week three of the regular season. I expect the defense to be tough, too, so I'll wait until the bye to decide what this team is. But Arizona laid out a blueprint for beating Seattle and we took the exact opposite approach, and got thrashed...

Thanks for the illustration, Theebs. I'll go back and take a closer look.

    Watched the all22

This is heresy, but... I do not and will never understand an offense (like Garrett's--and many others) that doesn't take every opportunity to help itself succeed. Why does Garrett hardly ever use play action or any other type of ball fake (other than the draw)? I think RG3 is a star in the...

Giants’ Martellus Bennett: ‘We played bad and still had a chance’ vs. Cowboys

I think, bottom line, the NYG were shocked when the game was over Wednesday. All offseason they watched ESPN, listened to NFL Radio and read Twitter. They believed every word spewed by an adoring media. They thought the game was over before it began. Unfortunately for the Gnats, unlike the flood...

Giants’ Martellus Bennett: ‘We played bad and still had a chance’ vs. Cowboys

I haven't listened to local sports radio since the draft, but I heard tons of SB talk in a Wal Mart parking lot yesterday.

Giants’ Martellus Bennett: ‘We played bad and still had a chance’ vs. Cowboys

Giants like to talk shit before games and then whine and make excuses when they get their asses beat.

    Wow we really miss Robinson

Romo makes receivers look good, no doubt, but Tree ran some routes last night that made some DBs look silly. He was wide open on more than one occasion. His job as the team's 3rd wideout is beating the opposition's 4th (5th? 6th?) corner, and he did that all night.

    Day After Thoughts- Chargers game

Great stuff, db. I'm with you 100% on all of it. I am also highly, highly stoked about Church. It's just preseason, but he's playing an exceptional SS, in all phases.
