Cowboys Likely To Keep Will McClay, Their Not-So-Secret Weapon In The Personnel Dept

He blew out his ACL, and it was being questioned whether he'd be selected in the first round or not with such a serious injury. So Dallas might of indeed thought they had a shot at him.

Cowboys Likely To Keep Will McClay, Their Not-So-Secret Weapon In The Personnel Dept

Classic Jerry Jones thinking? HA HA HA. His thinking was proven upon the departure of Jimmy Johnson and his massive ability to make stupid decisions football wise. He'd better pay McClary anything he wants to keep him around... or back to 8-8 we go

    Misc 2017 Draft Notes

many teams are TOTALLY DESPERATE for a decent qb, Jets, Broncos, Browns to name a few. More teams means potential bidding war among them, especially Denver who feels that they have the talent to make a Super Bowl soon. First round pick is not out of the question

What is your message board history/ experience?

do a random post at the ranch, that place just plain sucks, bunch of yes men sucking up to that Fisher idiot. I'm a huge troll over there because I don't "conform" to the idiot mods or kiss their asses. It's fun to mess with them. Read an Iowa Hawkeye Wrestling board, but rarely post, same...

    Tony Romo trade/future speculation thread

Personally, I believe there will be a bidding war for Romo. The Bears, Broncos, Jets and Cardinals are all going to want him and they'll drive the price up. Now will the Jets offer Sheldon Richardson and a 2nd round pick for Romo? That I can't say, but I would sure like that trade...

    Losing Linehan

I recall this as well. He had a shouting match with Steven Jackson on the sidelines during a game if I recall correctly. I seriously doubt anyone will try to hire him away as a head coach

This is who I'd give strong consideration if I was hiring the next Cowboys coach

Sean McDermott of the Panthers would be my first choice. And a guy I'm going to get alot of gruff about, but I think he deserves another shot as a Head Coach is Pat Shurmur

    Random post game 1 questions

Garrett and Linehan both call plays in order to not lose the game, they don't concern themselves with actually winning the game. Would explain why they settled for field goals instead of actually throwing the ball into the endzone on the first two drives into the redzone. They don't want to...

    Pass rush issues solved!

I'm still ecstatic that we took a rb in the first round of the draft still. Behind the OL that people claim "anyone can get 1,000 yards behind". Yet we already had 2 backs that have in fact reached that plateau in the league. Glad we didn't trade down and go after defense in the draft... GEEZ
