I don’t remember about hearing prospective hires backing out or refusing offers to interview for HC jobs in the past like they are for the Browns HC job this year.
I’m sure it has happened. But I don’t remember hearing a number of different ppl either refuse to interview altogether or completely withdraw from consideration after already being interviewed for a HC job in the past for any team.
