The above is part of the reason I have never understood why the NFL doesn't mandate Head Coach and assistant coach hirings until AFTER the Super Bowl.
It's unfair to everyone involved and if you simply say it starts the day after the Super Bowl it's 100% level playing field for all.

The Egals have gone through 5 OC in 5 years. Only a matter of time before Sirrianni will be found out. Sirianni will fire Dumb Ball after the 2026 season as well, should he be hired.
Being their offense has declined dramatically since their last lucky SB season, Sirianni uses the OC as his scape goat. Can't deny the obvious!
