I love Bulgogi and use the hell out of Korean chili flakes and Gochujang, I really like this brand and sub it out for tomato paste, add to fried rice, etc

also make chili crisp with the Korean chili flakes (along with sesame seeds, fried shallots, fried garlic and other spices, I can eat this stuff by the spoon full right out of the jar:

All required staples here...we're lucky because where I live in Atlanta (NE of town) there is a large Korean population (other than LA and maybe NY we have the highest concentration in the US) and there are tons of Korean markets and Korean restaurants.

I'm lucky she is a pretty good cook too though.
