Okay, so the Bears traded Fields to the Steelers for a 6th and it might be a 4th if Fields starts 51 percent of the snaps. Of course, the Steelers also have Russell Wilson in the fold, so we shall see who starts, but I'm guessing Fields will not play 51 percent of the snaps.

I have tried to make sense of the Trey Lance trade. Giving up a 4th. My guess is that Jerry knew about the Dak situation, he wanted to get a QB in that they could have some time to work with. Otherwise, I still maintain it was an asinine trade.

Mac Jones also fetched a 6th.

It's really not that hard.

Nobody wanted Fields. Nobody. Mac Jones, basically the same deal as Fields. Nobody wanted him.

At least two other teams were trying to trade for Lance when we did, and those two known teams were AFC Teams.

That said, yes I do believe the Jones' got wind of what was going on in Prescott's personal life, and I do think that played a part.

rapaport said that at least 4 other teams wanted justin fields... they traded fields for a lower return because he wanted to goto PIT. the bears "did right by him"

must be bullshit because rap sheet said it. i will be investigating this w/ my own sources to confirm if true... planning on cross referencing my findings w/ dbair's people as well. stay tuned
