I guess it all depends on where your weakness's are. I'd keep Jackson if it were my team though. JMO.

Sproles isn't you every down back and most of his points come from screens or the short passing game.

Jackson is more of a deep threat. It wouldn't be a terrible trade, but I wouldn't accept it if it were presented to me.
