Tomlin just called the Cowboys a bunch of "blinkers." Is it fair to interpret that as a bunch of pussies?

We have a HC who cries when he has to cut players.

Soft physically and mentally, and the entire leagues know it.

Harbaugh (Giants) said the exact same thing in the days leading up to the season opener. They Dallas was soft as charmin.

No real feelings one way or another about today's game. The Cardinals arnt very good (lost 5 of last 6) but did play SF really tough and beat the Rams on the road. Unfortunately we are not good either and always find a way to lose to this team no matter where we play them, and we've never beaten them in AT&T shithole stadium.

It would be so Cowboys to lose in embarrassing fashion today (much like v Tampa a few weeks ago or these same Cards at home last yr) so if I am forced to pick, I think Cards win 34-30. Defense gives up 450+ total yards.
Missed it by this <>much.

33-30, gave up 467 yards.

That sounds absolutely horrible until you also take into account that nearly 300 of those yards came on the last 30 plays or so. Their first 47 plays netted less than 200 yards.

We all should have known from this one play.

93 rushing yards on 39 rush attempts. Less than a week after a career night, Javonte Williams couldnt even get 2.5 yds per carry because the OL did this the entire game.

How many more embarrassing defeats do we have to endure before he finally gets round to solving problems?
Probably several more.

He should be shitcanned today, just like he should have been after the Tampa debacle.

I think he gets fired after we get smoked in Seattle, it's the bye week then.

Might as well as it's not as if we are going to gain a premium draft pick by allowing this ineptitude to go on.

However, I just don't think Jerry will fire him in-season.

Boy Schottenheimer fooled them all here.

Called a pass play (right call), but ran it from a 2TE heavy formation with his two dominant WRs on the bench.

And what a great effort by T Steele!

When we talk about playing complementary football, this is where we fail. Yes, the D was putrid. But a first down or two to end the game would have negated a lot of those numbers. A score to end the half (with 2 attempts) changes the dynamic of the game and the momentum. I get it...our D is atrocious. But our O is also disappointing and we get enamored with an outstanding pass from Dak but forget the blown protection calls or reading the D when he comes to the line. He's a one read QB.

As long as the Jones family owns the Dallas Cowboys we will NEVER reach the Super Bowl! Jerry is THE PROBLEM period! I will go further and say that based on his reluctance to change he really doesn’t care about winning. It’s all about the bottom line. As long as he is selling tickets and merchandise he is happy. It is sad what that man and his family have done to the legacy of this once proud organization.
