Actually it was quite telling.

Yes it was. I also started watching America's Team on Netflix but I can't bring myself to binge watch it. I'm 3 episodes and I started watching about 2 months ago. Too depressing. But like you mentioned, it gives folks a better understanding of Jerry and the stress he was under early on, especially the financial stress. I think he mentioned he would fall asleep on the coach and drinking? If I remember correctly.

Unfortunately, it also gives us a glimpse of the future of the franchise. We're all doomed.

You're smarter than Jerry looks.

ruined it forever then

You and other should really watch it. My wife and I binge watched season 1 and we haven't started season 2 yet just because we want the episodes to all load before start the season. It's one of the best shows on TV.

The wife and I also enjoyed Ozark.

And while I'm at it, I'll throw another show on you guys......Bates Motel. It's a bit dated but damn if it's not one of the best written series I've seen. And the fact that it's dated might be a reason the whole woke bullshit isn't found in the show (thus far). We just started season 3. But it's an excellent series.

have no idea who those peeps are
Cami (Demi Moore) is widow of Monty, MTex Oil's deceased owner/president. Tommy (Billy Bob Thornton) is the Landman and since Monty's death, MTex President. Cami taking a 400 million offshore risk and partnering with the drug cartel to finance it has her and Tommy at odds. Finally she fires Tommy.

Meanwhile Tommy's ex wife and daughter throw a pool party for all the TCU cheerleaders at camp.
